This Edradour is part of Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered collection, in which the whiskies are not chill-filtered and are bottled in their natural colour. The single malts are particularly intense in flavour. The malt matured for 10 years in a single sherry cask before being bottled exclusively for Whisky.de at 46% vol.

ich erhielt den 13/23 zum Geburtstag und bin hin und weg. es ist mein liebling, wenn es um sherryfinishes geht. nach mehreren blinden vergleichen mit u.a. dem edradour caledonia, edradour 10, glenallachie 12 war dieser für mich immer der sieger und der mit dem markantesten sherryanteil. er ist allerdings nichts für einsteiger, sondern sollte schon mit etwas erfahrung gennossen werden.
