Drumshanbo Gunpowder Sardinian Citrus Irish Gin Ceramic Edition

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Sardinian Citrus Irish Gin is a creation of Irish and oriental botanicals, refined with pompia lemon, which can only be found in Sardinia. In addition to this, a total of 12 other ingredients are used to create a fruity, flavoursome and fresh Gin. The exotic representatives in the botanicals include Chinese lime and Chinese gunpowder tea. The latter has nothing to do with black powder, but is a tea that tastes of smoky peppermint. The main ingredients are distilled in a pot still and Chinese lime, grapefruit, kaffir lime and gunpowder tea find their way into the infusion basket, which is located between the still and the condenser. The Shed distillery was founded by PJ Rigney and produces small batches in Drumshanbo in County Leitrim, far away from mass production. Quality comes before quantity here. To protect the Gin from light and after cooling from room temperature for longer, this Drumshanbo was filled into a ceramic bottle.
