KinGlassie Single Malt is the name of the heavily peated Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Only barley malt from Fife was used to produce the Single Malt from the Lowlands distillery, which was kilned with peat from the mainland to over 50 ppm. The KinGlassie Raw was matured continuously for 8 years in the distillery's warehouses in former American oak Bourbon casks. The end result is a limited edition whisky that combines distillery character with a distinct smokiness. Fife is a peninsula north of Edinburgh that offers ideal conditions for growing barley and rye. The versatile approach gives each bottling from the Fife distillery, which was founded in 2015, a distinctive complexity.
