The special feature of the Isle of Harris Gin is the use of sugar kelp, an edible type of seaweed that tastes sweet when dried. In addition, the gin from the Scottish island contains Macedonian juniper berries, English coriander seeds, various types of pepper, orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark as well as iris and liquorice root. The Isle of Harris belongs to the archipelago of the Outer Hebrides. The distillery of the same name was founded in 2015 to strengthen the island's economy and also produces the whisky 'The Hearach' in addition to the gin.

Kommentar: Sehr leckerer Gin, der tatsächlich sofort das Meer erkennen lässt. Wenn man vom Seetang weiß, meint man ihn auch zu schmecken.
Insgesamt schön maritim und gut zu trinken.
