The Isle of Harris Tidal Strength Gin is an exclusive bottling for Global Travel Retail and brings the wild spirit of the Outer Hebrides directly into the glass. With its increased alcohol strength of 49.5% vol., this premium gin intensifies the botanical complexity of the multi-award-winning Isle of Harris Gin and emphasises its distinct maritime character even more. Distilled in small batches on the Isle of Harris and refined with hand-harvested sugar kelp from the local sea lochs, this gin remains true to its coastal origins. At the same time, it develops stronger aromas, deeper sea notes and a fuller, more distinctive flavour - ideal for Gin lovers who appreciate intensity and authenticity. The Isle of Harris Tidal Strength Gin is available exclusively in the duty-free sector and is aimed at travellers who want to discover an exceptional, limited-edition product with a strong regional connection. The launch took place on 2 July 2025 in the travel-retail shops at Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports, and shortly afterwards at Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester airports. An exclusive Gin from Scotland that impressively reflects the rugged beauty of the Isle of Harris. The distillery of the same name was founded in 2015 to strengthen the island's economy and produces the whisky 'The Hearach' in addition to the gin.
