This single cask bottling from the Ardnamurchan Distillery was bottled exclusively for a German importer and spent 7 years in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt. The Highland whisky is made from unpeated Golden Promise barley and bottled after maturation at an intense 60.5% vol. which invites you to adjust it to the desired drinking strength with a few drops of water and to give the full-bodied, fruity character more space, which reveals itself with notes of white pepper, lemon tart, chocolate oranges and shortbread biscuits - without adding any colour. The Highland distillery completely dispenses with chill-filtering and the elegant black bottle gives this exclusive bottling a worthy look.
