The Ardnamurchan Distillery is one of the most modern and sustainable distilleries in Scotland. Since its foundation, it has placed great emphasis on transparency, traceability and the regional origin of all raw materials from the barley field to the bottle. The Ardnamurchan AD/10 Release is made from 52% unpeated and 48% peated malt, perfectly combining the distillery's two styles. The composition is matured 98% in ex-bourbon casks and 2% in sherry casks. The result is an expressive Highland Single Malt with a maritime character and a fine smokiness. The whisky is bottled at 46.8% vol. without chill-filtration and in its natural colour. The beautifully designed bottle is made from recycled glass and features a QR code, which can be used to transparently track all the details of the bottling and its origin.
